What is AngularJS?
The Foundation of Angular AngularJS (also known as "Angular" and "angular.js") is a Javascript based open source web application framework. Its general purpose is to develop applications that run on both mobile and computer. It is extremely suitable for developing rich internet applications using MVC (model-view-controller) and MVVM (model-view-viewmodel) architectural structures. When and how did angular come about? It was first introduced in 2008 by the inventors of AngularJS "Misko Hevery" and "Adam Abrons". It originally set out to simplify web application development for designers, if not for developers. So much so that designers could easily develop web applications without wasting time with the hard work to be done in the background, and to a large extent, it did. Development process Like every new invention, Angular has been tested on some of Google's important projects, which has been supporting its development from the very beginning, after overcoming some difficult acceptance processes. It was decided that AngularJS, which seems to have an advantage over other software technologies, will be offered to users with version 1.0 in August 2010. Due to some delays, AngularJS, which could only be offered to users in May 2011, has thus taken its place in the software world. From AngularJS to Angular It was observed that frameworks such as "ember.js" and "react.js" developed by Facebook between 2012 and 2014 produced better results and higher performance than AngularJS. At the same time, AngularJS's shortcomings and problems were starting to stand out. That being the case, the Angular team decided to create a new framework from scratch, rather than developing the existing AngularJS, in light of the hard-hitting experience. After a long period of work, the brand new Angular (version 2.0) was finally launched in September 2016. After this new framework, Angular version 1.x is now called "AngularJS", and the new Angular version 2.x is just "Angular".
